Down the hatch!!

First dose down the hatch! Major anxiety, but I visualized these pills full of little army men going to fight the bad guys in my blood and saving my life. I have a headache and dizziness, but hopefully I'll adjust soon. Or maybe this is just how it feels. Don't know...But if this is as bad as it gets, it'll be ok. I'll be ok.
