Down a little
Well I went down 1.5 lbs. That is a good thing. Going to keep tryng for 1.5 lbs per week. This week also going to try to do my Bender Ball exercises every night, 5-10 minutes. My glutes are getting better with all of the walks but tummy is still an issue. So I am trying to focus on this a little more. Doing the tummy exercises in Wii Fit Plus as well. I think keeping my calories in the 1300 to 1400 range is working. When I went back to Fitday a few weeks ago and re-evaluated my metabolism and what my typical day was, the baseline if you will, it caused a 200 calorie per day adjustment DOWN! So I thought I was burning an extra 500-700 calories per day when I wasn't and could not understand why I was so stuck. Hence, instead of the 1400-1600 calories per day I was eating, I lowered it and am now seeing some results. Going for at least 3X to the Y this week. Going to shoot for 4. Got over 13k steps yesterday. I ended up taking the dog for a 20 minute walk last night. It was brutally cold but she was driving me crazy at 9:00 pm with all of the energy she had. (The down side of having a 2 year old setter.) But that is also a good thing as one of the best positives of having my little girl (beside the obvious companionship and wonderful doggie kisses) is that it forces me to get out for that walk even when I don't feel like it. I also think I am going to try a new exercise class this week at the Y- Muscle Pump, on Saturday. I will be going to the Y on Monday night for my Health Circle class. The personal trainers are coming in with tips and to answer questions. We are going to the movies today. OMG! Popcorn is a weakness of mine. I will try to limit the quantity and have a diet sode. We are going to see Avatar in 3D. Will try to get in some extra exercise this evening (walk the dog, Wii Fit Plus, Gazelle).
