Door Dash Diaries
I signed up to do Door Dash today after talking with a woman who makes 400 more a month. It felt good to have something to look forward to. I figured if I started working Mon Wed and Fri for a few hrs after worrk and see what happens. This gives me hope that I could possibly save more money to get out of the situation Im in.
Yesterday afternoon i called the treehouse to make a reservation for next weekend and found out that Sat is their Full Moon Sweat Lodge and there was one spot left. I decided to take it. Im excited but roomie is concerned. Hes heard people have died doing these. My strategy is to go in for 15 minutes then step out for a few minutes to avoid passing out.
Im excited. Again...if roomie is hell bent on parking his ass on the couch im not going to stay there with him. Ill go talk (or sweat) with the chickens...I dont want life to pass me by. As for the friend who reached out to me, he is one of a painful memories from over the last 2 yrs. He asked me to fly and see him...hes a womanizer and he lied to me 2 yrs ago. I kindly thanked him for checking on me but told him Id kindly pass on the rest. I have learned more recently after my ex called me weak minded that it was time to turn on Self Preservation Mode. If I dont start protecting myself from toxic situations, Ill keep having this damn "poor me" mentality and honestly Im tired of wallowing in my own self inflicted pity. This putting myself into peril to make others happy shop is closed. Today i cleaned my car and now ive sit down alone for dinner at a place close by. I like being alone and want to be if I have to feel that way with a person that doesnt do anything. Hope all is having a happy and productive weekend.

Hitched or freelance, both loneliness and being alone are optional.
Yay you for looking out for yourself. For what it's worth, this would be the first I've heard of the sweat lodge fatalities. Seems damn near anything can be fatal. Take the risk.
Its booked up so Im excited to meet the other people.
