Don't quit

I was listening to Charles Stanley's sermon and he spoke about the courage to not quit. This motivation was just what I needed. It is important to not give up cause I believe God knows what He's doing...all the struggles we go through will pass and if we just have FAITH we will be glad we didn't give up. IJS

Right now my emotions are all over...I know the source of my stress/depression/anxiety, but I also know where my help comes from...GOD

My emotions are up and down today...one minute I feel hopful and then sadness ...all I can do is pray to stay lift up and I try to keep reminding myself that there are better days ahead

Looking forward to being off for our winter break in about one month. A peace of mind is worth more than millions.
