don\'t know what to do...

I've been feeling very hypo, very irritable, tired, muscle/joint aches, no libido. I thought for sure I was very hypo. I just picked up my labs from yesterday (they have to send the FT3 and antibodies out so I don't have those until Monday or Tuesday) but I got the TSH and FT4. They're in range. TSH 1.54 (.34-5.6)FT4 .64 (.58-1.64) Also had my ultrasound yesterday, so I picked up that report. It took all of ten minutes, if that, for her to do the ultrasound (my first ultrasound took almost an hour, where they found four nodules from 5mm to 1.1cm). The report says they see no nodules. Says the right lobe is 1 cm larger than the other and there is mild heterogenity, but no nodules. I'm just so annoyed. I don't know what to think or do. Nothing matches, you know? My numbers don't match my symptoms and how did the nodules disappear in 6 months? I had all but decided just to do the surgery, even have an appt with the surgeon next month. But now i'm questioning.
