don't know what to do....

I have a great idea as to how to end the presentation.  Actually, it's the ending to the ending.  What I mean is, I have a great ending but to capitalize on it - I thought I'd end it with the song "Lean On Me".  I have songs throughout the presentation (to lighten this heavy subject up) so I think this would be perfect.   Here's the problem - my plan is to play the song and show different people on slides as we play it.  So what is the problem? Well - the first few pictures will include "generic" photos of young people who are sad and look lonely.  The following ones will be our school administrators and community people - police and clergy.  I would feel awkward - especially trying to get the high school principal to cooperate.  I'm sure I wouldn't have a problem with any of them except for the h.s. guy. As you know, he's been very unresponsive to anything I've suggested or tried to do.  He makes me feel very uncomfortable and I have no idea why. Many people say that about him but he's not like that with the ones he "likes".  My husband calls these people "the suck-ups", which is what we did for a bit to see if that was the way to get what we wanted to do, done.  Guess we deserved it because it didn't work. Anyway, I know I could leave him out and may have to if he isn't responsive.  So I guess that's the answer.  I just don't want to do this but I believe we will be making a valuable point - that these community people are part of the answer.  I just want parents to feel that they can get support from these people and not to be afraid to approach them.
