Don't help me!

I am so low and I have nowhere and nobody to turn to! I don't know what to do! I blame myself on all of my problems, and don't want to talk to those I love about them. I can feel all of my emotions but I cannot sort them out! How can I go on? I don't know! No more sadness for me I must leave here!
