Don\'t eat the donuts!
My husband goes to the store yesterday and comes home with 4 boxes of donuts and various Entenman's cakes. Ugh! I still have 1/2 strawberry shortcake in the refrigerator I am praying someone else eats from mother's day. I am trying to be good. I am just surrounded by junk food. I went to Lancaster and I did buy (and eat) that 1 strawberry cheese croissant. But I bought nothing to bring home. I didn't even buy anything at Harry & David's! (And I love Moose Munch!) So I am mad and craving chocolate. Still struggling to drink more water. I feel water logged and like I am going to the bathroom so much. But I went to the Y this morning and did my 35 mins on the elyptical machine and 20 mins of upper body weights and 5 mins of stretching. Felt pretty good. Hopefully back on track for those size 12's in a few more weeks. I am desperately trying to focus on the size 12's and not the chocolate Entenman's donuts! I had started out at 166 lbs back in November. Got down to 153.5 lbs in February and then stopped. Fluctuated a little but worked myself back up to maybe 157 a few weeks ago. Hoping by Sunday to be back down to 154 lbs. I will be almost even to where I was before I fell off the wagon a few months ago. So that will be good. Can't wait to get past where I was before. Had oatmeal for breakfast and coffee. Had fresh strawberries and peanut butter sandwich and water for lunch (natural peanut butter.) Also had a cup of herbal tea. I am cooking some soup with leftover turkey now with some veggies. Yum! And it is a dreary, cool, rainy day. So soup will be good. Paul was out today for a while and I worked from home, so got some much needed peace and quiet. I think I will go read a chapter or 2 in my book while dinner is cooking. I have a Weight Watchers points calculator/tracker. It helps me keep track of my progresss, etc. 149 lb will be good. That is the first goal that the tracker set for me. 1) I will be below 150, 1st time in years. 2) That is a 10% weight loss. 3) I am hoping by then to be 1 size down, from a size 14 to a size 12.

Yeah, you are back on track and headed for the 149# goal.
I know it is hard, I am struggling with my weight also and there are so many temptations, I only have to look at food and I put on weight. I am trying hard and have lost a little but there is a long way to go - I do have an underactive thyroid which means I\'m prone to putting on weight, so now with medication and some will power I hope I can win the battle. Keep up the good work - you will get there - we will get there together - love and hugs - Josephine
I love you guys!
