Domino effect healthwise

I seem to have come down with a cold or sinus infection or something. It's was no big deal in the past (pre-asthma ),but  now, of course, it aggravates my asthma which in turn drives up my blood pressure and pulse rate. That makes me vulnerable to just about everything. I also get exhausted easily when I'm sick. I'm scheduled to see my pulm on the 17th. I hope I'm doing OK by then. I always seem to get sick just before I'm to see my pulmonologist. He might think that I'm that way all of the time which isn't the case. I'm only like this 25% of the time. Maybe I'm allergic to him. I just don't want to be put on our favorite antiinflammatory again.  Oh well, maybe this thing will have run it's course by then. One can only hope. Be well,Tom

Oh gosh, nip it in the bud, Tom. Do what works for you re: the P word, but do something. Take it easy and feel better If your body needs rest, then rest it. That\'s an order, my friend. :-)

I\'m so sorry to hear you\'re not feeling well. I hope it goes away quickly. When I have sinus issues I use Guaifenesin IR. It has the same active ingredient as Mucinex but it\'s half the price! Why pay for a brand name when you don\'t have too. It really knocks down the sinus infections I\'ve had. You have to drink gallons of water with it, though. I got it at my HMO pharmacy. Heal well!
