Doing pretty good!
Feeling a little better lately. I have been taking prednisone again, which is helping with the inflammation. I have even been walking every day! Still isolating myself, but building a stronger desire to get out there and meet people. Overall, feeling good.

Good luck with the walking. Can feel a bit strange to go walking alone for the sake of it. I try to walk to shops and feel I have a purpose (and technically am saving money by not using the car!)
How much prednisone? Isnt it infuriating that prednisone is practically the only drug that will knock a flare quickly?!!
I walk just to walk. If I walked to the store to shop, I wouldn\'t be able to carry the bags home due to shoulder arthritis, lol. How much prednisone depends on how much pain, and I am taking it everyday until I get rid of these dag-blasted shingles.
