Doing great
Well, it snowed today, again. So I could not get out to the Y. But I did do 5 minutes on Wii Fit Plus (and have lost weight, so tomorrow should bee good news.) I also did 54 minutes on Wii Walk It Out (wanted to do more but kept getting interrupted.) I then shoveled snow for about 25 minutes. I cleaned, did some dishes, took the dog out a few times. So I am at 11,000 steps already! Woo Hoo! Fitday is downloaded and up and running. And Thank God Paul backed it up in November, so I really did not lose anything (as I didn't do it all December anyway with no computer.) I even sucked down 29 oz of water while working out. so just have to keep this up. I am going to try to get to the Y tomorrow to do Zumba if my driveway isn't a skating rink.
I think Kona has another bladder infection. She keeps having to pee pee. She even had an accident in the house by the back door, which is really what made me realize something was wrong because little Kona never has accidents in the house. (And Paul overslept that morning.) We have to call the vet on Monday and get a urine sample and some antibiotics. Kona has kidney issues and is on special food and sometimes has crystals in her urine which can turn into kidney stones. My poor little sweetie!
I bowled a 213 last night my first game! Woo Hoo! The other two games were 153 and 144. I have a 153 average. My team won 2 games.
It is supposed to snow again Tuesday. Another coastal storm. They are the worst for us. They usually have a lot of moisture coming up the coast, which means more snow.
Well, David is out with friends sledding. Paul is asleep in front of the tv. I am going to make myself a cup of tea and read for a little bit. Tomorrow is the Eagles game. Praying that Vick gets his act together and there is no repeat from the game against the Vikings a few weeks ago! I really want the Eagles to go to the Super Bowl! If they do, I am having a Super Bowl party for sure!
