Doing good......
Another Sunday and the start of another week of doctor appointments. Atleast that gives me something to do.
I did good today with eating. Was calm not bingeing. My blood sugars have been lower today too. I weighed my self tonight which I know you should never weigh yourself at night or after drinking water and eating. But I did it anyway. I lost 2 pounds! Yeah! I am very pleased but hopefully it will look the same in the morning if not better. I still have more to lose in the next 2 weeks.
I go to my new primary care doctor tomorrow. I'm nervous about it but it has to be better than what it was. Has to be. It is a male doctor which is good, I seem to do better with one of them than I do with a woman. Don't know why. His office is out in the rural parts but it suppose to be a good place. My last primary care doctor did not want to get behind me with the gastric bypass because she didn't think I could do it. She didn't even know me. I only went to her for about 8 months. But she's gone now but unfortunately I still have to deal with the office to get my records. AAAAHHHHH!!!!!! That will be another day and time. For now I am happy.
