Doing Better
Hi Everyone: Well I'm doing a lot better now. I have made a decision and it's coming from a different perspective. I am going to do my best to get the weight off and increase my endurence and strength. My body was starting to fall apart literally. I was up to 170 again and my apnea came back. Well, now I am about 163 and counting. I have laid off the heavy stufff like pasta, rice and potatoes and bread. Not cutting carbs completely just laying off a bit. I have been increasing my energy level as well. Going to the gym now at least 3 times a week and working out (breaking a sweat) as much as possible. I feel better and am starting to look like my young self again. Lauren is giving me the business something awful and I'm trying to find the patience to deal with that. Shane (my problem child) hasn't been a problem. He's in Camp all day and a lamb when he gets home. I'm soooooo proud of him. It looks like as long as they are occupied we will get along just fine. Lauren does not like to be doing nothing. She gets crazy. hmmmmmm? reminds me of someone. Anyway, school starts soon and i'm looking forward to having them both in school and expanding their minds. Aside from that I am hiring a personal trainer to push me and help with core workouts. It's a lot of money but I'm getting a package so it's not too bad. Wish me luck people. I don't ever want to have sleep apnea again and I'm determined to look great in a little black dress. And most of all I want my face to look better. I have no definition there and when I lose the 20 pounds my face is smaller. This might sound like rambling to some people. But when you're thin most of you life and in great shape and you lose it. It's like being rich and then poor....not fun. Well I guess I'm out. Love to all!
