Doing a little bi better...
I feel a little more at peace about my recent weight gain. It is coming off quickly so it is definitely water weight. I'm down another 4 lbs from this morning. I usually don't weigh myself in the evening but wanted to see if I lost any fluid and I did. Praise God for His blessings. I just wish I'd get out of this mood.
I just want to cry. My sister overheard me with my doctor on the phone and feels I am blowing it out of proportion. But I know myself...when I start to get down and stay down, I start thinking too much. I just hope I will inprove my mood by the time my surgery comes.
I found this book, "Fat No More" It talks about the process once you decide to have the surgery and what you do after that. Then of course it talks about after the surgery. About the protein, about what food you can and can't eat.About dehydration and Dumping,Hormones, relationship to food, relationships with people, keeping the weight off. It is a good book. It helps me to relax, knnowing what is going to happen and be prepared. I am a dental assistant and my job is to anticipate the doctors next move...this is the same thing, it helps me anticipate what will happen after the surgery. I like to be well informed. Also, I've learned so much from the people here who had the Surgery already.

That sounds like a great book to read. I\'m considering reading it myself. I\'m gonna look it up on my Nook. I hope I can find it.
We all have good and bad days. Just don\'t be too hard on yourself. We are all human and nobody is perfect.
