I would like to thank you for responding to my questions on the discussion forum. A pen pal from Australia would be interesting. A little about my problem. This is my second anxiety attack and this time it interrupted my sleep. I can\'t fall asleep or I only sleep for 3-4 hrs 5 hrs is exaggerated. My doctor, Psychotherapist and Neurologist wants me to see a psychiatrist so that they can use SSRI on me to get to the root of my problem. I\'m so against it. Do you think anxiety can be treated with vitamins and other natural supplements?
