Doctors Doctors Doctors

Well, I am so just over going tot he doctors office. My councilor Dr. Dufford and I met yesterday, and bascially said if I just stop trying to figure this whole thing out all the time I will get better.
I stopped taking the Effexor last week. It is day seven of being off of it, and I still feel like crap. I have a wicked headache, feel dizzy, brain zaps, nauseous, basically feel like I have the flu in a way, without the chills.
I decided to stop taking it because it wasn't helping, I'm not sure if it made my situation WORSE, but it for sure was not helping.
I made it to work all last week, every day. So far it's tuesday and I have been here most of the day. Really my goal is just to come in here and be here every day, if not in mind, at least in body.
The anxiety seems to ebb and flow.  It might get intense for a minute, but then it goes away. Doing relaxation helps a lot. I went to accupuncture today and that was very relaxing.
Driving around from doctor to doctor is not.
My councilor basically is getting frustrated with me I feel. He has been super helpful and I'm doing all he asks of me to my ability.  But it's hard, it's not that easy.
The psychiatrists have just complicated things more for me, because I don't fully trust my guy. I tried to get in with one guy who came highly recommended but couldn't.
I feel so so exhausted from all of this.
But I am going to journal more here on this site if not only to track my moods and progress.
I know I can get thru this, and be back to my old self. A better version of myself actually, constantly evolving, being stronger.
I've quit drinking, my diet is better, I'm taking vitamins, excersizing 30 minutes a day five days a week. I've learned to meditate.
I want to see how I feel and do off the medicine. It has just complicated everything (except for Klonopins and Xanax). I'm not opposed to trying something else, but just not right now.
