Doctor's Appointment

So I didn't mention in my last post, but I have really bad back pain. I have scolosis, a herniated disc, and something going on with my nerves.

Today, I am going to go see a Physiatrist for a consultation and I'm nervous. I know he's not going to start any therapies today but I have a coworker who told me that her husband has a herniated disc and his Physiatrist said he needed surgery. I'm sure my doctor won't say go straight to surgery but really anything involving my back freaks me out because I've had this pain for so many years... I also heard that I might have to get injections into my spine that will hurt and that makes me nervous as well. I know I want to fix my back pain and issues but that just freaks me out... Anyways, I'm heading there in just a few minutes. 

AH! (That was a little scream of nervousness)
