Doctor's Appointment
So today I went and saw my general doctor. He said that the stomach problems I have been having are my IBS, and that there's not much more that I can do than I am already. I got a refill of my pills for my IBS and such, so that should be good. He and I went over some other random health issues I have been having (like my asthma acting up) but overall I'm pretty healthy. Got some bloodwork done, and I will get the results of that later next week. They weighed me there... 254. Not too bad, since the last time I was there in November I was 252, and I was working and on my feet all the time at that point. It's good to know I lost most of the weight I gained over the holidays and from all my various adventures.
I know my IBS is linked to stress, so it's just another sign that I'm still stressed out. I know I'm depressed too, even though I don't feel it. I'm the last to know what I'm feeling- that's one of the things I want to work on in therapy. I find out when things get bad- I start hallucinating, stop eating, start cleaning at 1am, other signs to let me know how I'm feeling (those are signs of different things). Speaking of stopping eating, that's how I know I'm depressed. I had a piece of pizza today for breakfast (bad, I know. No excuse) and ate just a bit of things throughout the day. I should have caught it last night when I was trying not to barf over a couple cups of food. I'm just now waiting to feel the emotions I know I'm having. I may meditate or something tonight and try and get in touch with my emotions.
I confirmed today that my therapist does take my Medicaid, so that's great! I will be able to see her for free for now- I'm so excited! She is such a great help to me and I look forward to seeing her again. I can talk to her about the whole thing going on with Geo and I as well. She knows Geo a bit, so she should be able to give me some insight into whats going on.
Food: A piece of pizza for breakfast, some cashews and a palm-sized sandwich for lunch, and a couple cups of baked ziti for dinner. I also had a bunch of Gatorade, since I have been dehydrated and need my electrolytes. I drank about 60+ ounces of liquid today between water and Gatorade. No caffeine or anything, since my IBS is acting up and caffeine makes it worse.
Sleep: Got over 9 hours last night, from around 11pm to after 8am. That should be my goal sleep. I also took an hour and a half nap today when I got home from the doctor.

sounds like your doctor appointment went pretty much as you had expected, glad it went well for you. I am glad you are able to track your depression so well and stay on top of it, that is a plus.
It\'s good you can see the therapist you like and know. Being able to do it for free right now is something you won\'t have to stress about ,
Pizza isn\'t bad for breakfast. it\'s got protein, and carbs. so don\'t worry, now if you had a whole pie then you would have to worry :)
Hope you feel better soon
