Doctor's appointment

I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow and I am very worried about it.  My family physician is great but I get worried that she won't understand my emergency situation and get personal and turn me down like she did once before.  It is better to be careful around her as I don't know if she will be nice or not.  That is what you get in Canada.  Free but no choice.  I love my family doctor but it is sometimes risky to go there.
