Doctor changed diagnose from PTSD to Borderline
Ive been chronically ill for several years and bipolar for 27 years and now my counselor says Im not ptsd and Im borderline personality disorder. Im confused B PD is not a illness.???? Its a disorder. Whats the difference . The drugs seem similar...I need help. Please.

Both are disorders. I have PTSD and BP2 and now they say BPD (but I refuse the last one) You can have all of them together but they are all related. PTSD can lead to BPD but the traits are very similar so when they\'re not sure they bundle them up in a nice little package. You know yourself best. I know I have PTSD because of my past, BP2 because of the traits and mood swings (severe) but not BPD because they\'re simply not me! Talk to them in ask how they came up with the diagnosis of BPD.
