Doctor Appt
Just in case anyone was wondering, I am still having health issues, tho they are better.
I went to the doctor this morning to talk about the kerfuffle back in January with his nurse and my insurance, and why I had gone off my birth control and not called or come in.
So I had to explain all the bs that happened with the specialty pharmacy and my insurance and not being able to get or afford the hormone therapy I was supposed to start. Then my doctor scolded me and said he couldn't help me if I didn't communicate with him. Which is true. I told him I know that, just got overwhelmed and frustrated.
So anyway, I start another pill soon to get my hormones regulated, hopefully. Still on a diet for my cystitis and pseudocushings. I just hope I don't throw up and the pill helps with pain during sex. Usually pills make me throw up unexpectedly. Can't have that.
Also this med will cost me nothing. So far I got good news and I'm in a good mood. Just gotta really be on point with my diet and no dairy or alcohol or citrus. Those are the main culprits. Take my meds. I just hope they help and no side effects.
Positive thoughts.

Started new meds this morning. So far no side effects. I hope everything goes ok. I'm also going to the gym later.
Still doing ok on the new birth control for my endometriosis. Going to the gym and doing yardwork helps too. It's sitting that makes it worse.
I'm still carefully watching my diet for my cystitis, which works.
The hardest thing is keeping stress under control. I'm still chronically stressed and overweight. My endocrinologist wants me to have lost 30 lbs by December or I may need shots. I don't feel as listless and brain foggy as I did. I think my old birth control was causing that and the stomach pain.
I still am upset alot and feel like I can't handle much extra. It's frustrating not being able to take on everything I want.
Had my checkup/follow-up appointment yesterday to see how I'm doing on the new pill. All good side effects and no weight gain, so they want me on it for another year, then I will have another follow up with my annual exam. I'm glad I'm finally feeling more normal again. My hair that I lost is also growing back; I don't have a bald spot anymore and stopped wearing hats to the gym. Although I love hats. I just need to get this weight off and control stress triggers as best I can. The endometriosis and cystitis are so much better, and the gym helps the adrenal fatigue.
