Doctors
I went to the doctors today I was hoping to return to work. He wanted to take me off for 6 more months we agreed to 3 months and to have a Mri done. I had major surgery last dec and in a way I'm in more pain than before my surgery
I'm glad the new narcotic law came out I can see why people accidentally overdose. You need to take the pain meds, so which is worse having some pain or being doped up on pain meds? I personally would rather have some pain, therefore the delima I can't work cause of the pain and I can't work taking pain meds. I have a personal trainer to help build up muscles to hopefully help my symptoms now the doctor tells me you can do light exercises. I'm going to ask my trainer who is going to school to be a sport med doctor what exactly does that mean!

Sorry your still in so much pain. I can relate to your question here. I cant stand being doped up 24/7 either. Still need to be careful. The new law is great but my old pain med doc over prescribed potent pain killers. I almost died.. I have stopped breathing more than once from narcotic overdose. Been over medicated for pain and depression most of my life causing me other serious health issues..anyway..
Glad to hear you have a trainer!..very nice. Hope you can go back to work when you feel ready. -best wishes-
