Do you know the FInal Ending,..

Hello..  Watched GREAT EXPECTATIONS today on Television, It was Way different then I remember when I watched the 16MM Black and White Film in High School...  I hate movies that leave the ending for you do decide what happens,...  Did they get Married like they were supose to long ago,..  This movie today ends by him saying what happened in the past didin't matter that only the future Matters, and they touch hands and the Movie Ends,...  Am I to make my Own Ending and say they FInally Got Married........  I sure hope they did, it's really a moving movie if you have not seen it, but the New version was really different...        Let me know what you think Did They get Married,.. Oh My, I just referenced the Charles Dickens version of Great Expectations, and that's the version I saw in School, this TV Version was nothing like it,..  But in the Dickens Version it ends with them Holding Hands and him thinking this,...and in all the broad expanse of tranquil light they showed to me, I saw the shadow of no parting from her.*  I hope they got married!!!! :) Sounds like they did..
