Do you have any suggestions?

My apartment is full of mice. Thank God I'm living with my mother ritght now, but one day I'm going to have to move.  It's not only my apt. it's the whole building, what should I do?  I think that's illegal.  A lady told me they have seen rats running through the hallls.  What should I do?  Cause even though I'm taking care of my apt. putting venom for mice, the whole building is infected.  I'm even afraid to enter that apt., I've never seen anything like it.  I talked to the office to report it, but they haven't done anything about it.  Do any of you have a number I could call?  I want a transfer to another place.
