Do we know what is going on here?

Clinton: Chinese 'human rights can't interfere' with other crises.http://www.cnn.com/2009/POLITICS/02/21/clinton.china.asia/index.html?eref=rss_topstories Do we really know what is going on here?  Does anyone connect that the crisis that we are all in is because of the selling out of human morals and human virtues?   Tradeing human rights for economic or political gain is immoral.  We may well be able to connect the consequences of this sell out to the condition of the crises that we are in. What do you think?
