Disregarding the Flesh and the Material World Today

Pure spirit.  Slept like a rock.  Caught up on all work.  Paid all bills.  Now, after a little perusing the forum boards around here, waiting for the blazing hot sun to go down a bit, it'll be exercise time, rebuild the inner core, push the decrepitating flesh out, to last a few more years.  Seeya around, friends!
