Disappointed in wife
I think that if I take a few moments to write down my frustration toward my wife, it may help release some of the hurt feelings and the angry reactions that form later.
The greatest reason for me to be disappointed in my wife is her perpetual unwillingness to forgive. It is this one problem that has caused her to reject me (in small and steady steps) from the very beginning of our marriage. I am disappointed in my wife for choosing to live her life as though her faith and belief in God did not matter as it concerned our marriage, our family or even our friendship. She has been forgiven by our heavenly Father, but she cannot even forgive the smallest slight to her ego from me. She refuses to understand the numerous sacrifices that I have made for her over the years and even more so now. She has forsaken her own vows as well, she has been seeing (sleeping with) another married man, and thinks I should be happy for her that she has found a man who can make her happy.

I think that will be very helpful to you in writing down your frustrations and disappointments. Even if no one sees it but you, it will help, just try and not dwell on it. Journaling is also a very therapeutic way to release some of those emotions and feelings.
I\'m sorry you are going thru this, as you know, we can not control others actions, we can only control how WE deal with them. Some days are better than others, I wish you peace and a calm spirit to be able to deal with this chapter of your life.
If she is a Christian she has an obligation to forgive. Our God commands it. I used to be unforgiving myself, and once I learned to forgive and let go, it made a huge difference in my life!
