Dis and dat

Birds singing this morning when I let the cat out, music to my ears. I believe Spring has sprung finally and is here to stay, about time.
Very tired this morning and still losing weight which has me perplexed a bit, been on roids for 1 and 1/2 months  so the weight should be going back on by now. Nothing I do seems to remedy the situation, started out at 210 lbs. one year ago and will hit 170lbs. in about a week if the trend continues. I guess I am becoming more aerodynamic, should make the environmentalists happy as my "carbon footprint" is decreasing whatever the hell that means.

I understand the chronic tired feeling. I used to have a healthy appetite but now I could go a whole day without getting hungry. Plus the last few days it seems all my joints hurt. Got to check the side effects of some meds. Take care and have an awesome day.

It\'s hard to believe you don\'t have an appetite on the roids, I was always hungry on them, was eating about every 3 hours. Didn\'t start to lose weight again until after I finished them. Now , almost 2 years later can\'t seem to stop eating once I was able to eat more things. I originally lost 65 lbs., and have gained back about 20 so far. Don\'t really want to gain any more back cause I was fat before, but the doc said it was a good thing at the time. Now I am just about right and am trying to stay where I am.
Hope you find your appetite again soon before you lose too much weight, and also find the energy you need. It\'s no fun being tired all the time. We all know that feeling.
Hope you have a better day today!!!
Hugs, Jean
