Diognosed, pain sleepiness

 Help. i am reaching out to strangers. I cant believe this is me anymore.  I sleep all the time I barely wake up to send all my kids off to school, then back to bed . Its not like this all the time on the weekends are different, actually sunday mor i get up early and go worship lead worship then monday back to bed. I have been treated for myositisis and fibro pain for 5 -6 years. And for the first time, this month they have found a positive ana in my blood. I have been taking more pain meds now and i am on all fibro meds $ 200.00 a month just for 2 of them. Lyrica, cymbalta. then 4 norcos a bad day, soma, baclofen, restril to sleep. heating pad, ice packs. Pain started in my neck, back  then shoulder. My mussels swell up very noticable to others rock hard. my joints hurt on and off.  now my joints hurt awfull . there are abunch of lumps in my neck that hurt and do not go away. my head feels too heavy for my neck. I have ibs and have gained 50 pounds on lyrica. I feel like if someone doe not help me I will become a large women who they can not get out of bed.
