tried to write and as always ds lost it. i hit backspace and it disappeared. guess i will never be able to write daily again.
it was about the french bakery. gel coats with curing for nails and the uv machine ten seconds each coat to cure it. its 3 coats. each coat has to be cured. they claim the gel coats stay on for 3 weeks. hmmmm. does uv light cause cancer
bought biolage mint for scalp. half of my scalp is tight. if i don't shower and shampoo twice in one day, i get this. but only half the head. is that psoriasis? i can't tell what is what. it feels tight.
k made pumpkin and sugar cookies. pork loin with american cheese. broccoli and asparagus, salad with black olives, potatoes, jim beam and coke, white wine spritzers, coffee with cream.

discovered one of the stalkers is back from up north. very creepy feeling. i almost fell over when i saw this. thanks for the warning.

Oh yum! You write about such good food!! I always leave your journal with a yen for something or other, that you had for dinner!! LOL....right now the white wine spritzer sounds good, but it\'s five o\'clock in the morning...I suppose it\'s a bit early to get started! LOL!!
Gel for nails sounds good! I know the uv light causes skin damage....but I think it\'s about the surface area it covers and how much time you spend in it. Tanning beds are out! When I lived in Florida, I was a sun worshipper. Rarely missed a day on the beach. I\'m gad now, that I knocked that off. Skin cancer is on the rise like crazy. On the other hand, we\'re all short on Vit. D from avoiding the sun! It\'s kind of a no win situation!!

Tanning was never something that I liked doing. Not only does it cause cancer, it also ages your skin big time. Eat and drink more dairy product. There are vit D tablets that one can take. I get hungry just reading your journals. hugs my friend
Sounds delicious! The one thing about cold weather is-it makes hot coffee even taste better!
