dinner at k's//dinner with j//food from new guy//new house still not done//went off statins
lots of pain - so went off statins and back onto niacin along with all the other vitamins that i couldn't function without. seriously. i feel a zillion times better, but not sure if its just from that or from the warm weather.
the house is not done. k is having trouble with who he is hiring. hope it works out for him.
the woman and sometimes her friend(s) who walk down the main road here around 2, 3, 4 a.m. talking LOUDLY is still doing it, so i get wokened up every single night around that time. wth? i go back to sleep, but its broken up sleep. i know its not healthy and i'm supposed to be doing all this resting this year (it will be a year in june of going straight home every night, i have never lived like that before. feels weird actually. and boring). the long haired black cat showed up i thought to eat, but ate very little and not so friendly. have no idea where she has been. she lost weight. i guess she is staying with someone around here? i was trying to see her fangs to make sure its her. its been odd with the animals here for a while, at least 7 months. scary when that happens. hope we find ten acres somewhere.
have just started a new book the time traveller's wife. its very odd. its a best seller and they are making a movie out of it.
most of the drama at the minute is from k's worker. he also had a no show from the worker from the church over and over again and rn's worker that we tried to use also takes months to get there. lol. wth? i don't remember going through any of that kind of stuff when we did houses in south florida, but we put up small townhome developments, not re-do's. the guy is in the middle of all this court case crap as well and he is threatening when he drinks...even the guy from church appears to be a drinker. now is that everywhere or is that another, only in this area of north florida thing again. or do they cover it up better elsewhere where its a bigger city but its equally bad?
the new guy at work seems okay. lots of mini-drama with that in his personal life - very sad, he had a heart attack two years ago and his wife says to him when he calls to say he is ready to leave the hospital and come home, she says, what if i said no, you can't -- where are you going to go?" very mean. he says he couldn't believe it. [sounds to me like she was purposely trying to make him have another heart attack]. he lives with his wife and mother in law and obviously lots of tension. nothing surprises me anymore, but soooo many people have mini-dramas at home. does anyone have a calm home life? they live in the same house but everything in their lives is separate. wouldn't it be easier to just leave? even if you are catholic or buddhist or whatever... we are still hiring and incredibly people show up for interviews with nooooo backround in this at all - not even the right schooling. though on the phone they claim to have it. are they out of their minds? seriously. its just a waste of time.
i know i went to dinner this week with j, but i don't remember where at the minute, really need to journal more often and went to k's for dinner...i remember that, had pork in orange something sauce and it was FABULOUS he really cooks well. also had wings and fried rice the new guy brought in, very thoughtful of him. went to the marina with a, and its DEAD - like no boats there at all right now and its a holiday weekend. i don't think the economy has improved at all.
have been going on facebook for their political stuff and wisdom mostly, and then discovered one of the girls from alumni died. i knew she had cancer ... so now i'm off facebook because its too emotionally draining. i noticed that since the car accident i can't handle any drama at all. its too draining.
heard from s's father twice. s was back from travelling and then staying in town and then gone again. they aren't around here. that stuff is so complicated its easier to not deal with it at all and i don't know how any of them do. he says to view it as different cultures. i am for global human rights, so i definitely don't see it that way ... actually i'm for global living being rights.

*hugs* I hope your kitty is okay... I don\'t know what I would do if I lost Angela. I\'m sorry your friend died.. Just know she\'s no longer in pain. *hugs*
thank you larissa. i\'ll be catching up soon. i get caught up with facebook. then i\'ll come on here and write and ds will lose the whole thing.
how is the diet etc. going?
you know she was warned NOT TO DO CHEMO because so many others had, and the chemo made them WORSE. she did it anyway. is it worth it? i used to think you can get at least five years more with minor ill feel shitty WITHOUT chemo and there is vitamins and cannabis oil. suzanne somers goes on and on about it and never uses american doctors because they gave her one year to live 25 years ago.
i look at photos of her from december. she looks FINE! and i wonder, if she HADN\'T gotten chemo would she be here. then again, we have a dog trying to come in to rescue because its owner was diagnosed with leukemia last year and is now in stage four in just one year. wth?
her family was so close. just the four of them because they came over from another country, so always very close knit. glad she has friends, but its still a huge loss.
