The Personal Development course that you can take is the DSDP. The DSDP is intended to Teach you about getting another administrator of a public school or a private college. The DSDP isn't meant to Teach you about Training in general, but it's Designed to Teach you about Teaching in the Classroom. The DSDP is intended to Train you about Teaching, not about Training generally.
