Dietary Help needed

I have once again been in the hospital only this time for pancreatitis, FUN!!! So once again I need to refine my diet,not just for the crohns but to avoid more pancreas attacks. There are days I just don't know what to eat.  I'm curious what every one else eats that is safe. Please let me know .
