I think diet coke or regular coke is not good for tinnitus. Too much salt. My ENT said to cut out salt. I had a lot of salt and diet coke which i don't usually have and found low grade tinnitus setting in.
Oh no! : ( Keep us posted. ENTs say to lower salt because it can lower your blood pressure; higher blood pressure can aggravate T. The thing in Diet Coke that is also bad for T are any fake sugars, and any foods or drinks with glutamates in them make T go up for sure. There is a strong connection between glutamates and T. : (
Thanks for the reply. It\'s very low grade and yesterday seemed totally gone, but today a bit back, but very very feint. And of course I had popcorn at the movies, so it\'s sort of my fault. But I am totally cutting out diet coke.
