Didn't realize....

I didn't realize how much the amitriptyline helped my fibro as well as my IBS, I've been on the amitripyline for years for IBS, never needed it for sleep. But it seems like today my muscles are just wigging out! The IBS I really can't tell because with eating on this tight budget my diet is anything but balanced. Going to pick up the script at Fred Meyer tomorrow when we get a little cash....at least it is only $4! Sleepiness is hitting me like a fist, have to head to bed....Moore later -- Genny
P.S. Posted some new animal pics including one of my kitty when she has been shaved for summer...always good for a laugh!

I really enjoyed all of your pictures. Thank you. It was cute to see your cat shaved. She is still cute when shaved. Your dogs looked really nice. There are some things you can eat on a budget. Do you think hot dogs are good or beans. Chicken can go on sale so can fish and meat. I know that fruits and vegetables can be expensive. Carrots are not as expensive so you could add this to your dishes along with making a bag of frozen vegetables that can be .99 cents a bag or 1.50. You can also make vegetable and bean soups and add potatoes.

Thanks for being a nice friend. I appreciate you. Hugs.

I\'m no good at eating on a budget. Right now our grocery bills are all going on credit cards, and we\'re eating out far too much for as broke as we are. If I don\'t get approved by disability, we\'re going to be in a bad way. Have you tried probiotics for your IBS? I take Phillips Colon Health and it does wonders for me. My list of things I can eat has expanded since I started taking it. It\'s not nearly as expensive as some others out there, too. Gonna go check out pics! *HUGS*
