Did some more gardening

Well I guess this new apartment is growing on me..... it's really small and tiny but it's cozy. I like that it has a tiny cozy living room where Jeff can do all his night owl activities and leave me alone so I can try to get some sleep at night. It's always been a problem in the past where he did them in the bedroom and it would disturb me. It used to cause conflict between us but now we've solved the problem.
I slept ok last night..... there are nights I sleep ok, some nights I toss and turn, and a few nights here and there I will actually get a good rest. But those nights are rare. I ended up taking  short nap this morning then got up, put some laundry in the machine, and then planted some strawberries and some lettuce. BTW, I picked the 1st strawberry this morning from my garden! I will add it to my smoothie later. Yum.
In other news, we haven't heard from the bank in like a month. The tittle is still screwed up (the bank is the one that screwed it up) and it's like that since Jan. I have given them more than enough time and I told Jeff that we should go ahead and do a law suit.
