Did I open a can of worms?
I feels so stressed! My H who I have been separated from for 3 months is complaining about the charges on the account that I pay our monthly bills and incidentals from our joint account. I am frugal but he is Tight. The charge is in my name since 1986. My daughter has been cashing checks for me for my support up here. He is questioning that also. I opened a account and had my checks sent to my account. I also took half of the money from the joint accounts. He makes twice what I do so he can afford the bills. I will have to watch every penny to survive. Thank God for my Daughter, but I still pay my way. plus I pay for Doctor and medicines I know I did the right thing but dread the explosion. I have not seen an attorney because of the expense. He says he is going to file on line and all I have to do is sign. I left with nothing and we own a home and various other of his big boy Toys. Any thought?

You need to find a good atty to look out for you. Get online and look up the divorce laws for your state. This not the time to be frugal with money. Your h wants to do this cheap. The cheap can get expensive for you when you don\'t have an atty. What about retirement ACCTS, he has the big boy toys and makes more money than you. Talk to several arrays and then decide what you will do.
It will help if you have copies of tax returns, retirement statements and your monthly bills to take with you.
do not sign anything, but if he tries to force you, do not give in. Get an attorney and a therapist. You will need both big time. Prayers and hugs
