even went to the dentist had two fillings done ....need to get a ....mouth gard I am cracking my teath from ...clamping my teath at night .....did a lot of walking ...today ......it was very nice out not to hot ..just right .....

So great that you did good today having the fillings done. I so hate going to the dentist (and they hate to see me coming) as my mouth often gets stuck open from a
broken jaw from a long ago car wreck.
I also make it worse by clamping my teeth at night also.
Good that enjoyed a nice walk today.

You did terrific, muskratt! The hardest of things to do, I think, is to start going to a dentist.
Walking is very inexpensive exercising and you did very well with that too. Glad you're having pleasant weather.
If it ever stops raining here, after the Podiatrist, I order the right shoes and "hi, ho, hi, ho ~ it's off to walk we go..."
