Diagnosed
Went to the Dr. on May 16 or 17th because of the joint pain.
Got blood work back with my RF = 44 and my CCP? + 250, referred to Rheumy
Went to Dr. Samakur in Lawrenceville, Ga, June 8th. I like her, she has a very good bed side manner and I believe will be a good Doctor.
Prescribed Methotrexate 10 mg a week, started on Sunday 6/12/16, and Folic Acid 1 pill a day, started 6/11/2016.
My feet have been stiff, tight, bruised feeling and just overall uncomfortable from about the time of my 6/8 Dr. visit until now. I am guessing this is going to continue, we shall see. I am at the point that high heels are not an option because of my previous back surgery and now because of my feet. When at that much of an arch, they just hurt more. Wedges are ok and flats, but I can't seem to do flip flops anymore. The way the toes scrunch up with each step is not comfortable and sometimes it is painful.
I have not had any other joints bother me since mid May, but I also have not overdone it doing yard work or anything else since then. I seems when I do, too much, I pay for it.
