Well, i ended up taking a trip to see the doc 2 days ago, as the pain in my knee is practically unbearable at times. After exrays and an exam I was told that there is a small area of the knee joint mechanism which is worn out. I was prescribed naproxen, but I havent taken it, due to the fact that I really dont like taking anything that is not natural..i have had so many bad experiences with medication in the past..That now i really steer clear of them at all costs..
My knee was aching all night long ( and right now too)..ouch..I did find this all natural joint repaier called seirra sil..I really hope it helps. Oh yes, I also have a knee brace..its quite uncomfortable, I feel guilty about complaining..as i know there are many people in worse shape than I am.
I want to be healthy to fulfill my purpose.

I also have knee problems, mainly my left knee. I take Mobic, even though I don\'t like taking anything that isn\'t natural either, but I had gotten to where I couldn\'t hardly walk. I took naproxen for a while and it helped, but it raised something on my blood work, concerning my liver, so I quit it. I also have a knee brace, it is like an ace bandage. It\'s pretty comfortable and helps a LOT. Hope things are better for you. God\'s blessings to you :)

Wow....that\'s wonderful ! I don\'t think they offer acupuncture here, but I sure will ask when I turn 65 and get medicare. As of now, I don\'t have insurance. I have one more year to wait, as I will be 64 this month. I\'m so happy for you, because I know the pain of knee problems. God\'s blessings to you.......
