Determined to slide the slider
Somehow got a new dose of determination and energy. Cleaned all weekend. Got a lot done, but still a lot to go. But at least if someone came over, I would let them in the house. So that made me feel better. David has been helping, somewhat. He cut the grass today. Paul is still putting varnish on the sunroom windows. But I am going to clean the floor and start moving furniture back in tonight. He is going to Utah to a few days on Thurs, back Monday. He has promised to finish painting the bathroom before he goes. So I can clean it over next weekend. That will make me feel better. I walked the dog yesterday for 38 mins and then an additional 22 for a total of 60 minutes. Got in 13,496 steps yesterday! Also, did 1 minute of leg lifts and 3 minutes (40 reps) of bender ball for abs. So 64 minutes of exercise yesterday total. Today, I went to the Y. Did 37 minutes on the treadmill, 25 minutes of lower body weights/abs & back and 5 minutes of stretching. I am over 8000 steps already today. Food yesterday was good. My points range is 20-27 points on WW, and I was at 20. I had lost 12.5 lbs and got down to 153.5 lbs in February and have been fluctuating from 156 lbs to 154 lbs ever since. I was at 154 lbs yesterday. I really really want to get to 152 lbs by Sunday. Then I will be over the hump I have been in. Will try to eat clean this week and really stick with the exercise. Also, got in 52 oz of water, which is my daily goal for this week.
