Dermatomyositis

I have been suffering with dermatomyositis since July 2018 on a number of drugs and still having problems with pain mostly in the hands. I have tried a few diets and the best so far is the Dr Terry Wahl protocol which helped her to reverse MS.
Looking for anyone with this rare problem.
