Depression and Anxiety
I've been going through a very rough time. My depression and anxiety got really bad, I thought I wasn't going to make it, I ended up in the hospital. I'm doing a little bit better, but I'm still sick. Please forgive me for not answering any of your hugs and messages. I've been really down and anxious. It's frustrating to see how this Bipolar Disorder can destroy you. Please, pray for me, for my Group because I had to leave everything behind. Oh my sweet Ivonne, I have missed you so so much. Im so sorry that you have been so bad that you ended up in the hospital but I pray that by you going there, that you feel alot better and it helped you out. I havent been on here for awhile either due to my depression either, so I do understand where you are coming from. Im just so glad to hear from you and know that your still alive and kicking. I love you so much sweetheart and Im always here for you. If you feel like talking on the phone, pm me and let me know what your phone number is and when a good time is for you to talk.
