Depression and Anxiety

I've been going through a very rough time.  My depression and anxiety got really bad, I thought I wasn't going to make it, I ended up in the hospital.  I'm doing a little bit better, but I'm still sick.  Please forgive me for not answering any of your hugs and messages.  I've been really down and anxious. It's frustrating to see how this Bipolar Disorder can destroy you. Please, pray for me, for my Group because I had to leave everything behind.  Blessings for everybody and I'll try to be back as much as my health lets me.  Hugs and Kisses, Ivonne(Bonchi)
