Depression

I have had fibro for over thirty years it has changed my life, somedays it feels like it ended my life. Currently I am dealing with a deep deep depression . If I don't feel like throwing something I am crying. It feels good to have you all here. I am new to this site. I'm so tired of being sick I want to run and laugh , bike and swim, amd just do.
