Depression

Seriously can't kick this funk.  H "dragged" me outside (not literally, heheh) to help him split logs.  Being out in the sun and moving about undoubtedly helped, but now I just want to go back to bed and sleep.
The sun thing reminded me of how VERY low my vitamin D levels were in the spring.  I was on 50,000 units per week for awhile to boost things back up, then 2000 per day.  I have decided to start taking it again now that summer is long past.  Happy Solstice, indeed.  I don't know how much (or if at all) it'll help, but it's something.
Today, I guess the rule is just: When everything seems gray look for color.
Feel free to throw rainbows my way - I could use 'em. :)

Ah I\'m sorry you\'re feeling down. I know that feeling. I\'ve kept up with your journal for a while now. You have worked so hard to get your marriage back. You knew this time would be hard. Hang in there Allora.
When I\'m down I keep doing little things to care for myself. I try to wrap myself up. Let your friends care for you...and your man. Hugs to you.
