depression

my son-in-law changed his shift at work and gets off at 6 so now i don't have the kids at night which is painfully depressing tears come but i should have prepared myself for this. knowing my daughter is getting divorced it will now be a better time for him to be with them. i should be grateful for this but i have raised them from when they were babies so it hurts.
i see the dr. in the morning to see if my fall did more than hurt.things don't seem to be right with my head since then. i think that i have really done something through because nothing helps when laying down.
i am really missing the kids!!!

There is one thing that is certain: change. It is not the change but how we adapt to it. We have to look for the positives at times. I know that your evenings have been filled with them. Now, maybe you can go other places and do things that you could not do before. You may meet people or go to gatherings to meet others and then be able to create a whole new social network. There is so much that you can do with this time. Hugs. Neesie
