Denied SSD
Saturday I received my denial for my SS Disability. I have been denied 2 times then got an attorney and had the hearing Nov 2, 2010. I hate it when things are sent on Saturday when no one is in the office. I sent my lawyer an E-mail.
My SSD was taken from me on 1997 so I had to prove I was still disabiled 1997-2002. That made it more difficult. They didn't care about today but then. The judge did say he didn't see any records from me going ot a clinic because I haven't had insurance for a year.
Lawyers for SSD/SSI don't do much usually but sit back and get the 25% if the person wins. I am thinking of dismissing my lawyer and fighting this myself. I have heard it will go to KY and they will look it over. I am still in shock.

(((((((Ann))))))) They kept telling me the 3rd time is a charm! In this economy, I think i\'ts how many times can we deny someone before they give up. Good luck on fighting! I care.
My attorney is off the case. He said it would take 2 more years and I would go in front of the same attorney so he doens\'t want the case anymore.
I will do it on my own and contact a couple senators to ask for help and explain the case.
They want me to give up and they know I need the insurance but they don\'t care. It was very clear the judge didn\'t care at all.
Waiting to hear if I can appeal the hearing. I need to get the records from my present doctor. I get overwhelmed sometimes by all I need to do.
I am glad you got the SS from Dick\'s passing. What he refused to do while alive has been done now. You deserve it.
