Dementia Devastation

I've heard people say that loved ones with Dementia can be horrible to the ones that are always there for them, well this has now happened to me.  My mum was horrible last evening when I visited and I had to leave as it both shocked & devastated me, I know it's the disease, but god it hurts :(
