The reception staff was great specially Christian. Breakfast was amazing in quality and the choices were really good for a continental breakfast. When we booked our rooms we had no idea what we would arrive to with "Executive Suites".
Also I am coeliac and they couldn't even provide me breakfast.... This is not what you'd expect from a 4 star hotel. Comfortable hotel, good room , nice beds, not noisy , and good location, nice breakfast but there was not provided in the room. Staff were helpful and friendly, ready to offer tips and maps.
There was no breakfast this time but it was because of the COVID they closed the restaurant. The location of the hotel is in a good place in Brussels.I reccommend this hotel for everyone. The Best Western Plus Park Hotel Brussels is ideally located in the center of Bruxelles.
